| 摘 要： | 脑缺血再灌注损伤在形成和发展的过程中会引起一系列炎症因子的变化,阿托伐他汀能够通过对炎症因子直接或者间接的抑制来实现对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护。本文对脑缺血再灌注损伤时炎症因子的免疫学机制及阿托伐他汀的保护作用进行综述,为脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的进一步研究提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury can cause a series of inflammatory factor＇s change in the process of formation and development,and atorvastatin can protect cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury by inhibiting inflam- mation factor directly or indirectly. This paper reviews the immunology mechanism of inflammation factor on cere- bral ischemia reperfusion injury and atorvastatin＇s protection,and provides theoretical basis for further study. |
