| 摘 要： | 网络化环境向高职院校图书馆信息人员在知识与能力方面提出了新的挑战。根据新形势的要求,本文针对高职院校图书馆信息人员素质结构现状及读者信息需求和图书馆信息提供能力之间的矛盾,提出了一些可行的不断完善图书馆信息人员的素质结构的对策具体途径。
