清透法在清代温病医案温热证用药规律的研究

运用频数分析方法,探析清透法在清代温病医案中温热类证候的用药特点及规律。结果显示：清透法贯穿于温病温热证卫气营血全过程。＂透邪＂药物首选的是味辛、性凉（寒）、质轻的药物;辛温/辛微温的药物在温病卫分证中根据邪气郁闭的程度和邪气性质及患者的体质等可与辛凉类药物相配伍,增强辛凉透表之功;＂清法＂的用药多注重脏腑和病位浅深,药物多归肺、胃、肝胆、心经。

Research on Using Herbs Regularity about Qingtou Law in Warm Syndrome Medical Records of Febrile Disease in Qing Dynasty

By using frequency analysis methods,this topic probes and analyzes Qingtou law＇s medication characteristics and rules of warm syndrome in the febrile disease medical cases of Qing Dynasty. The results show that Qingtou law is always used throughout all the stages of warm syndrome in febrile disease treatments. Expelling evil herbs preferred firstly are pungent in flavour, cool or cold in property and light in quality. According to the degree of evil qi stagnation and evil qi nature and the patient＇s physical and so on,herbs which belong to pungent in flavour,warm or slightly warm in property are compatible with pungent in flavour, cool in property in the stage of Wei, enhancing its function to expel heat. The drugs which can embody the function of clearing heat must attach importance to organs and bowels as well as disease location in shallow or deep. The herbs mostly act on the lung, stomach, liver, gallbladder and heart channels.
