| 摘 要： | 在适当降低混合料水分、缩小混合料粒极差为前提,对1#、2#烧结机进行内、外配焦粉比例调整及实现100%外配焦粉烧结试验研究。结果表明,100%外配焦粉烧结效果显著。100%外配焦粉烧结,改善了固体燃料利用率,降低固体燃料消耗,提高烧结矿品质。

| Abstract: | With the prerequisite to reduce the moisture of mixture and the particle range of the mixture , test on the adjust-ment of proportion of inner and outer coke powder for 1#, 2#sintering machines was carried out .Test results showed that , 100%foreign coke powder addition achieved good sintering effect .The utilization ratio of solid fuel was improved , the solid fuel consumption was reduced , and the sinter quality was improved . |
