| 摘 要： | 随着地税系统信息化建设的不断深入，税收业务得到了全面的提升。本文设计了一个发票集票摇奖系统，实现了对纳税人消费的发票进行前台收集并登记集票人身份信息，形成摇奖数据库进行每季度的集票摇奖。

| Abstract: | With the deep development of the informatization of the local tax system, the tax business gets all-round promoting. This article designs a collection and lottery system of tax invoice which realize collecting invoices and registering ID of collectors then creating the lottery datebase in every season. |
