摘    要:研究了挤压铸造Al2 O3/Al Si合金复合材料的凝固组织和断口形貌。结果表明 ,在复合材料中纤维分布均匀 ,Al2 O3 纤维可作为硅相非自发形核的衬底 ;Al2 O3 纤维与铝合金基体之间的界面对材料性能影响很大。改善制备工艺应从控制界面反应和细化组织入手

Abstract:The solidifying structure and fracture morphology of Al 2O 3/Al Si alloy composites manufactured by squeeze casting are studied The results indicate that the Al 2O 3 fibers is uniform in distribution and can be serve as the site for heterogeneous nucleation of silicon phase and that the interface between the fibers and the aluminum alloy matrix has a great effect on mechanical properties of the composites Improvement of manufacture techniques should start with controlling interface reaction and fining the structure of the composites
