| 摘 要： | 目的:测定保元精口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法:采用薄层扫描法。硅胶G薄层板,氯仿—甲醇—水(13∶6∶2)10℃以下放置过夜的下层溶液展开;λS=530nm,λR=700nm。结果:线性范围1.9μg～9.5μg,平均回收率99.88%,RSD=2.94%。结论:该方法可用于保元精口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的测定。
