| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨封闭负压引流（vacuum sedling drainage,VSD）治疗四肢创伤性软组织损伤的护理要点.方法 回顾总结48例四肢创伤性软组织损伤伴骨外露患者行清创及VSD治疗的方法及护理措施.结果 48例患者创面肉芽生长新鲜,其中11例仍有明显骨外露者再次VSD治疗,于一期创面愈合后行游离植皮或组织瓣移植,全部创面愈合良好,无1例发生并发症.结论 维持有效的负压,做好引流管的护理,加强心理护理及营养支持,做好功能锻指导,是保证VSD治疗成功的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of closed negative pressure drainage on the treatment of traumatic tissue loss.Methods The effects of closed negative pressure drainage on the treatment of traumatic tissue loss and the methods of VSD treatment and nursing were reviewed.Results The wound granulation of 48 patients was fresh,11 cases were still significantly exposed VSD again in the treatment of bone,in a row of free skin graft or flap wound healing,wound healing was all good,no complications.Conclusions To maintain an effective negative pressure,drainage tube nursing,strengthen psychological nursing and nutritional support,functional exercises instruction,is the key to guarantee the success of VSD. |
