天津津塔大体积混凝土底板的裂缝控制研究

摘    要:为了避免天津津塔工程大体积混凝土底板施工过程中产生裂缝,通过合理的原材料优选和配合比设计,减小了混凝土在水化硬化过程中的发热量,降低了混凝土的绝热温升。通过足尺模型试验,证明了所选用混凝土配合比及施工、养护方法能够满足实际底板施工过程中控制裂缝的要求。

Abstract:To avoid crack of massive concrete foundation slab during the construction process of Tianjin Jinta Project, the opportune raw materials were chosen and concrete proportion was optimized.The test results show that the adiabatic temperature rise of concrete decreases due to the low hydration heat of binder containing high volume of fly ash.The full-scale model test was carried out.It is showed that the concrete proportion,placing and curing process are suitable to eliminate crack of massive concrete foundation slab of Tianjin Jinta Project.
