| 摘 要： | 在对设备进行检测过程中，常需要测量交流信号的频率及相位。如通过专门的仪器来测量，整个检测系统的配置将增加，这无疑会增加检测系统成本和结构复杂性。文中介绍一种利用A／D转换测量频率和相位的方法。
