多层螺旋CT支气管成像及在诊断支气管扩张中的价值

目的：探讨多层螺旋CT支气管成像及其在诊断支气管扩张中的价值。方法：回顾性分析31例支气管扩张患者HRCT及MSCT表现。结果：31例患者中30例MSCT均能清晰显示支气管扩张的部位、类型，HRCT发现21例，MSCT发现柱状及静脉曲张样扩张的能力高于HRCT。MSCT与HRCT显示支气管扩张图像质量差别有统计学意义。结论：MSCT是一种无创性显示支气管形态的最佳影像学方法，其可望成为临床诊断支气管扩张症的“金标准”。

THE LMGAING AND DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF BRONCHIECTASIS ON MULTI-SLICE CT

Objective： To investigate the imaging methods of MSCT in bronchia and the diagnostic value of the bronchiectasis. Methods：All 31 patients had findings of bronchiectasis on HRCT and MSCT which were reviewed retrospectively. Results：The anatomic distribution and type of bronchiectasis on MSCT in 30 cases were shown clearly, while only in 21case on HRCT, MSCT found varicose veins and the column - more than the expansion of HRCT. MSCT with bronchiectasis showed HRCT image quality difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：So far, the MSCT is the best noninvasive imaging method to show the shape of bronchia, which may be considered as a clinical ＂gold standard ＂in the diagnosis of bronchiectasis.
