宫腔镜在异常子宫出血患者诊治中的应用研究

目的探讨宫腔镜在异常子宫出血患者中的诊断与治疗中的临床价值。方法回顾分析120例异常子宫出血患者的宫腔镜检查结果,并与病理结果进行对照。结果宫腔镜检查联合病理检查确诊引起异常子宫出血的原因中,子宫内膜良性病变78例,包括子宫内膜增殖症、子宫内膜息肉、黏膜下子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜炎和正常宫腔,宫颈管息肉16例,子宫恶性肿瘤4例,宫内节育器4例,妊娠物残留10例,剖宫产瘢痕憩室8例。宫腔镜检查与病理检查符合率81.6%。结论宫腔镜检查协助病理检查异常子宫出血的原因,全面、精细、准确率,并有一定的治疗作用,值得临床推广。
