摘    要:对汽车发动机内燃烧平衡做热力学平衡计算,得到的NOx结果与实际检测值基本一致,然后计算了等离子发生发器裂解汽汪后产生的CO和H2加入发动机后的热力学平衡,得到在发动机内燃烧温度下的NOx结果,结果表明,通过等离子体法裂解部分汽油可大幅度降低尾气中NOx的含量,当汽缸最大工作压力为40atm,工作温度为2200K,汽油与氧化比值为1:15.1时,以汽缸燃烧1摩尔汽油为基准,等离子体发生器裂解0.1摩尔汽油可使尾气中NOx含量降低到100ppm左右而CO浓度不大于100ppm,裂解0.2摩尔汽油可使尾气中NOx含量降低到45ppm以下,同时CO浓度低于65ppm。

Abstract:The volume concentration of NOx attained by thermodynamic calculation on the combustion equilibrium in automobile engine is consistent with the actual test value. Then the thermodynamic equilibrium of the system which CO and H2 by plasma pyrolysizing a portion of gasoline are sent into engine to mix with gasoline was calculated, and the volume concentration of NOx was attained. The results indicate that the volume concentration of NOx in automobile vent gas can be deduced by plasma pyrolysizing gasoline. When the working temperature of automobile engine is 2200K, and the maximum work pressure is 40atm, and the ratio of gasoline to oxygen is 1:15.1, on the benchmark of 1mol gasoline, the volume concentration of NOx in automobile vent gas can be reduced to 100ppm by plasma pyrolysizing 0.1mol gasoline and the volume concentration of NOx can be reduced to 44ppm by plasma pyrolysizing 0.2mol gasoline, at the same time the volume concentration of CO is not beyond 65ppm.
