基于ANSYS/LS—DYNA非均匀壁厚管料弯折成形仿真

摘    要:基于著名的通用显式有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS—DYNA,对某大型发电设备转子线圈使用的非均匀大壁厚铜银合金管料的弯折成形及回弹进行了仿真分析,探讨了相关参数对仿真计算的影响,对仿真和试验进行了对比,结果表明,采用仿真分析方法能够快速有效的再现管料的弯折过程。

Abstract:Bend forming and springback simulation of non-uniform pipe used in large-scale power equipment is carried out. With the famous universal explicit finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, parameters affecting the simulation are discussed, and experiment is carried out. Result shows that simulation method can reappear forming process of the pipe quickly and effectively.
