摘    要:论述了食品加工专业的学科特点和培养目标,指出实现这一目标的措施与手段:在加强专业思想教育的基础上,使学生树立坚定的事业心和使命感;认真组织教学内容,不断提高教师水平,在加强实践教学环节,重视能力培养方面。详细论述了参观教学、实验教学、生产实习、毕业设计等环节在目前食品科技人才培养中的作用,强调了实践环节和能力培养的重要性。

Abstract:The subject characteristic and cultivation object of food processing specialty were discussed in this article,then on the basis of these discussions,the measures and methods for accomplishing the object were illustrated. To the begin,the enterprise and responsibility of students were set up based on improving specialty thinking education;Secondly,the teaching content was greatly organized and the teachers' quality was enhanced. Meantime,on the aspects of strengthening practice teaching and ability cultivation,the role of visiting teaching,experimental teaching,production practice,graduation design were expounded in the current food science and technology talents cultivation. At last,the importance of practice and ability cultivation were emphasized.
