Study on Skilled Talents'''' Cultivation Object and Measure of Food Processing Specialty

The subject characteristic and cultivation object of food processing specialty were discussed in this article,then on the basis of these discussions,the measures and methods for accomplishing the object were illustrated. To the begin,the enterprise and responsibility of students were set up based on improving specialty thinking education;Secondly,the teaching content was greatly organized and the teachers' quality was enhanced. Meantime,on the aspects of strengthening practice teaching and ability cultivation,the role of visiting teaching,experimental teaching,production practice,graduation design were expounded in the current food science and technology talents cultivation. At last,the importance of practice and ability cultivation were emphasized.
