Abstract: | A micro-dispersed lacquer was prepared using an open vessel mixer. The sample that was stirred at 240 rpm for 60 minutes had the best particle dispersion, and the average particle diameter was 0.194 m. Gel perme-ation chromatography (GPC) showed that the percentage of oligomers increased and the percentage of monomers de-creased in all samples, suggesting that the enzyme polymerization occurred during the kneading process. In addition, the viscosity, drying time, lightness, coloration, gloss, and anti-ultraviolet properties of the micro-dispersed lacquers were better than those of raw and commercial sugurome lacquer. |
