发动机台架试验中水温油温的自动控制

本文论述了发动机台架试验中冷却水温、润滑油温对试验精度所造成的影响和进行控制的必要性。提出对水温、油温自动控制的考虑原则。着重介绍了自动控制中使用的动圈式温度指示调节仪的结构原理、为保证测量精度对调节仪进行校验的方法,通过在CA-l0B型发动机不同负荷测试结果表明调节仪、铂电阻对水温、润滑油温的自动控制、适用于发动机台架试验并能满足试验的要求。

Automatic Control of Water-TemperatureOil-Temperature in Platform Test of Engine

In the paper, We discuss the influenee of temperatures for water cooling and lubricating oil cooling on the test precision in platform test of engine and the necessity of controlling. The principles for consideration of automatic control of water-temper-ature and oil-temperature have been proposed. It emphasizes introduction to the structure theory of coil- driven temperature indicating regulator and the calibrating method to ensure measuring precision for the regulator. By the tests in a variety of loads on type CA-10B engine, the measurements show that the regulator and platino-resister for automatic control of water-temperature and oil-temperature are applicable to engine platform test, and sufficienr for the test.
