| 摘 要： | 文章对某石化厂再生斜管的波纹管进行了失效分析，认为该波纹管的失效是应力腐蚀造成的，并分析了腐蚀介质、应力和倾斜裂纹产生的原因，最后提出了预防措施。

| Abstract: | The analysis of the failure of bellow expansion joint on catalyst transfer pipeline of the PCCU regenerator in a petrochemical plant concluded that the stress corrosion was the culprit for the failure. The corrosion media, stress and causes of cracking were analyzed and the preventive measures were suggested. |
