| 摘 要： | 洛阳炼油厂第１４生产周期自１９９８年４月２２日开工以来，３台常顶换热器先后出现内漏，对生产造成了较大的影响。文章从生产工艺和设备本身等角度对其损坏原因进行了分析并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Since the restart on April 22, 1998, Luoyang Refinery experienced leakages on 3 overhead heat exchangers in atmospheric distillation unit, which greatly affected the refinery operation. The causes of failure were analyzed in respect of the production process and equipment, and corresponding prevention measures were proposed. |
