泵送剂超量对混凝土性能的影响

摘    要:该文采用试验室模拟的方法,研究了泵送剂超量掺加对混凝土凝结时间、坍落度、泌水率、含气量、塑性收缩和抗压强度等性能的影响。结果表明:泵送剂超量虽然对混凝土坍落度的影响不明显,但会明显降低混凝土的抗压强度,并显著增加混凝土的凝结时间、泌水率、含气量和塑性收缩。试验结果可供有关泵送混凝土供应和使用单位参考。

Abstract:Effects of excess pumping agent on the setting time, shunp, bleeding rate, air content, plastic shrinkage, compressive strength and other per- formances of excess pumping agent are studied by way of laboratory simulation test. The results show that excess pumping agent has no obvious effect on concrete slump, but significantly decreases compressive strength of concn:te and greatly increases setting time, bleeding rate, air content and plastic shrinkage. The results can be referenced by concrete suppliers and construction units.
