摘    要:制备了1种常温固化FEVE氟碳涂料,探讨了固化剂、PVC、纳米二氧化硅、分散剂用量对涂膜耐酸碱性的影响。结果表明,固化剂与树脂的质量比为16:100,PVC为20%,二氧化硅用量〈1.5%,分散剂用量为1.5%时,所得涂膜耐酸碱性能优异。

Abstract:A room temperature curable FEVE fluorocarbon coatings was prepared, the influence of the amount of curing agent, PVC, nano-silica, dispersant to the film were discussed. The results show that the quality ratio of the resin and curing agent is 16 : 100, PVC is 20%, silica dosage 〈1.5% and the dispersant dosage is 1.5%, the film acid and alkali resisting properties are excellent.
