非右房肥大的P波高电压(附39例临床分析)

本文报告39例临床上除外右房肥大的P波高电压,此种P波高电压主要见于冠心病及急性颅脑疾患,二者之和占76.9%。其形态64%与肺性P波相同。产生的机制可能与结间束传导阻滞、中枢调节机能受累、交感神经兴奋性增高等有关。

HIGH VOLTAGE P WAVE NOT DUE TO RIGHT ATRIAL HYPERTROPHY CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 39 CASES

Thirty nine cases with high voltage P wave not due to right atrial hypertrophy were reported. Among them, 24 males, 15 females; aged 29-71; 46.2% were of coronary heart disease, 30.8% of brain disease, 7.7% of gallstone, 5.1% of hyperthyroidism, 5.1% dut to intramuscular injection of adrenalin, 2.6% of acute pancreatitis, and 2.6% of perforation of stomach. P waves were of different patterns such as notched (10.3), peaked (64.1%), dome-darted (15.4%), domed or truncated (10.3%). The formation of high voltage Pwave might be due to internodal pathway block, involvement of the central regulatory system, incrased sympathetic excitability and so on.
