汽车座椅主动振动控制与仿真分析

摘    要:利用基于滤波X最小均方值算法的前馈型自适应控制系统,对汽车座椅振动实施主动控制,以改善座椅的动态舒适性。建立了六自由度人体一座椅系统模型和主动振动控制系统模型,并在Simulink下进行仿真。结果表明,相对于目前汽车普遍采用的被动隔振系统,主动控制系统可以大大降低车身振动向人体的传递,提高了汽车座椅的动态舒适性。

Abstract:An adaptive controller which contains a filtered-x least mean squares algorithm(FXLMS) was applied to complete the active vibration control of a vehicle seat.A 6-degree-of-freedom(6-DOF) model of body-seat system,which consisted of head,trunk,legs,buttocks,cushion,seat and the car body,and a model of active vibration controller(AVC) was developed,which was implemented in the Simulink for simulation.The simulation results indicate the vibration acceleration are smaller than 1/3 one without the control,that is,the AVC system is of a better performance in the minimizing of undesired vibration in vehicle seat comparing with passive vibration isolating system which is widely in use now,and improves the sitting comfort better.
