来氟米特联合乌蚌丸治疗类风湿关节炎30例临床观察

目的观察来氟米特联合乌蚌丸治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法将60例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为2组。对照组30例予来氟米特20mg,每日1次口服;治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加服乌蚌丸,每次10g,每日3次口服。2组均6个月为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后症状、体征、红细胞沉降率、类风湿因子的变化,并记录不良反应。结果治疗组治疗后临床症状、体征、红细胞沉降率、类风湿因子与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组不良反率为3.3%,对照组不良反应发生率为20.0%,2组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论来氟米特联合乌蚌丸治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效显著优于单纯使用来氟米特,且具有副作用小的优点。

Clinical observation on leflunomide tablets combined with Wubang pill in treatment of 30 cases of rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of leflunomide tablets combined with Wubang pill on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in control group were treated by leflunomide tablets 20mg,once a day, however, the other 30 patients in treatment group, on the basis of control group, were treated by Wubang pill, with a treatment course of 6 months for both groups. The therapeutic effects and the changes of clinical symptoms, physical signs,ESR, rheumatoid factor before and after treatment were observed, so did the adverse reactions. Results There were significant differences in clinical symptoms, physical signs,ESR, rheumatoid factor before and after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group and control group was 3.3% and 20.0% respectively, there was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of leflunomide tablets combined with Wubang pill is superior to that of simple leflunomide tablets in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,with few side effects.
