2型糖尿病患者CA125和CA199的检测意义

目的探讨2型糖尿病（D2m）患者血清肿瘤标志物CA125和CA199含量变化及临床意义。方法用化学发光法测定100例正常人和110例D2m患者血清中CA125和CA199含量。结果正常对照组CA125含量为（11.5±4.1）U/ml,CA199含量为（10.8±3.5）U/ml;D2m患者血清中CA125含量为（20.6±10.6）U/ml,阳性率为13.6%,CA199含量为（12.1±4.0）U/ml,阳性率为0.9%。结论D2m患者血清肿瘤标志物CA125含量较正常对照组增高（P〈0.05）,而CA199则无显著性差异。CA125升高可见于非恶性疾病。

The significance of dectecting the serous concentration of CA125 and CA199 in the patient with diabetes mellitus 2

Objective To explore the serous concentration and clinical significance of tumor marker CA125 and CA199 in the patients with diabetes mellitus 2 （ D2 m）. Methods The serous concentration of CA125 and CA199 were detected in 110 D2 m patients （D2 m group）, 100 normal persons as control group. Results The serous concentration of CA125 and CA199 was respectectly （11.5±4.1） U/ml and （10.8±3.5） U/ml in control group, and （20.6±10.6） U/ml （ positive ratio 13.6% ）, （ 12.1±4.0） U/ml （ positive ratio 0.9%） in D2 m group. Conclusion The serous concentration of CA125 in patient with D2 m is higher, compared with control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and there is no significant in CA199. The high concentration of CA125 can appear in the nonmagnifiant diseases.
