10136名肿瘤高危人群临床筛查结果分析

目的]为提高湖南省肿瘤防控水平，减少癌症的发病率。方法]在湖南省长沙市开展了肺癌、乳腺癌、上消化道癌、大肠癌和肝癌的40～69岁的高危人群的临床筛查，通过早诊早治．提高癌症的治疗效果。高危评估采用由北京健康金标准医学科技发展有限公司提供的“城市癌症早诊早治项目—常见癌症风险评估系统”。肺癌筛查的主要技术为低剂量螺旋CT，乳腺癌筛查的主要技术是彩色B超和钼钯。大肠癌筛查的主要技术是结肠镜和病理活检，上消化道癌筛杏的主要技术是食管／胃镜和病理活检，肝癌筛查主要技术是甲胎蛋白（AFP）和彩色超声。结果]10136名个体参加了临床筛查，其中47例被确诊为癌症高度可疑，阳性率为0．46％。结论]通过高危人群评估软件，有针对性地开展肺癌、乳腺癌、上消化道癌、大肠癌和肝癌的早期筛查，能及早发现肿瘤．从而提高肿瘤的治疗效果和防控水平。

An Analysis of Clinical Screening for 10136 Populations With High Risk of Cancer

Purposel To improve cancer prevention and control capability of Hunan province. Methods] Clinical screening for lung cancer,breast cancer,upper gastrointestinal cancer,col- orectal cancer and liver cancer were conducted in 40-69 years old high-risk groups in Hunan province Changsha city. Risk assessment was carried out by ＂city cancer early detection and treatment project-common cancer risk assessment system＂ which was developed by Beijing Gold Standard Of Health Medical Technology Development Co. The main techniques used for screening in lung with low-dose spiral CT;breast,ultrasonography and mammography;colon and rectum, colonoscopy and biopsy;upper gastrointestinal,upper endoscopy and biopsy;and liver,AFP and uhrasonography. Results] There were 10 136 individuals participated in the clinical screening, of which 47 cases were diagnosed as highly suspicious of cancer;the positive rate was 0.46%. Conclusion ] Through the cancer risk assessment software,targeted screening for lung,breast,upper gastrointestinal,colorectal and liver cancer is able to be early detect cancer and improve cancer treatment, prevention and control.
