| 摘 要： | 目的通过对医务人员手卫生状况调查分析,寻找存在的问题并提出整改措施,从而减少医院感染的发生。方法调查医务人员手卫生现状,针对该现状制定相应对策。结果医务人员对手卫生的重要性认识不足,洗手的依从性较低,手卫生设施配备不足。结论通过培训使医务人员从思想上重视手卫生,认识到手卫生与医院感染密切相关,自觉提高手卫生依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective To through investigation and analysis the medical staff hand hygiene status,to find the existing prob- lems and puts forward improvement measures, so as to decrease the incidence of hospital infection. Methods Investigat the medical staff hand hygiene status, aimed at the current situation formulation policy. Results The medical staff lack the awareness importance for hand hygiene, compliance of hygiene wash hand is relatively low, the hand hygiene equipment inadequate. Conclusion Through training so that the medical staff thoughts on attention to hand hygiene, understanding of hand hygiene and hospital infection are closely related, raising hand hygiene compliance by myself. |
