摘    要:利用稀土元素与有机配体合成的稀土表面处理剂具有增韧偶联等多功能特性,验证了其对CaCO3表面处理效果。经这种稀土表面处理剂活化处理的CaCO3应用在U PVC制品中,不仅改善了物料的加工流动性,提高了生产效率,还改善了制品的刚性和韧性,并具有可观的经济性和良好的环境友好性。

Abstract:The rare earth surface modifying agent was synthesized with rare earth elements and organic complex compound which possessed the properties of toughening,coupling and other functions.When CaCO_3 treated by the rare earth surface modifying agent was used in U-PVC products,the processing flowing property was improved,the productivity was increased,the rigidity and toughness of products were upgraded and the products had appreciable economic benefits and could be beneficial to environmental protection.
