论社会结构视域下社会建设的推进

调整社会结构是推进社会建设的前提。从一定意义上讲，众多社会矛盾和问题都可以归结为社会结构的矛盾。当前，我国正处于改革发展的关键期，也是社会矛盾的凸显期。因此，必须把解决好经济结构和社会结构不平衡、不协调的矛盾作为社会建设的一项根本任务来抓。具体来说，就是要解决好城乡二元化、社会阶层结构不合理、收入分配失衡、利益关系不协调、社会管理不科学等矛盾。
