基于矢量空间最小励磁电流的电机节能研究

摘    要:文中提出一种基于矢量空间的最小励磁电流的变频调速系统节能控制方案;对异步电动机矢量控制系统取得定子电流最小值的原理进行了证明;针对异步电机轻载运行进行基于矢量空间的最小励磁电流法仿真实验。理论分析与仿真实验表明,该节能控制方案不增加系统硬件成本,根据电动机的负载状态对励磁电流进行调节,使定子电流达到最小值,从而达到节能的目的。当负载率为14%时,节能率可达9%。实验结果表明本文控制方案不仅能使中小功率异步电动机轻载运行时节能,还使其电磁转矩振荡减小。

Abstract:This paper proposes an energy-saving control scheme of variable frequency control system based upon the method of minimum excitation current in vector space and gives the proof of the stator current minimization algorithm of vector-controlled asynchronous motor system.A series of simulations were carried out on light running of asynchronous motors based upon the method of minimum excitation current in vector space.Theoretical analysis and simulations indicate that energy is saved while the stator current minimizes by adjusting excitation current according to the loaded state.This scheme does not increase the cost of hardware.Data display that the energy saving ratio can be up to 9% while the load ratio is 14%.These results indicate that the proposed control scheme not only saves energy while in light running of medium-low power asynchronous motors but also decreases the surge of the electromagnetic torque.
