| 摘 要： | 目的探讨pH对安神补脑液稳定性的影响。方法结合安神补脑液的现行药典标准及HPLC图谱,对加速反应后的不同pH值的安神补脑液进行检测,分析成分的变化规律。结果pH对安神补脑液中维生素B1、二苯乙烯苷、淫羊藿的黄酮类成分均有影响,pH=5.0～5.5的环境较有利于安神补脑液的稳定。结论pH对安神补脑液的稳定性有较大的影响,应确定合适的制剂pH范围。
