| Abstract: | This paper introduces the possiblity and situations of producing oxidized pitch.In this prodcedure,we choice vaccum pressure residual oil mixed with thick oil liquid obtained by refining heavy oil as crude material.This paper also states the optimum ratio of vaccum pressure residual oil to thick il liquid and the enormous economic benefif of this approach. |
