| 摘 要： | 本文研究了大鼠颌下腺根部结扎后本腺体上皮成分的反应性变化。术后腺体明显萎缩,镜下观察腺体大部分上皮成分变性退化消失,但腺体周围部少量的腺泡及闰管上皮细胞出现脱分化和增生现象,增生的细胞先形成细胞团或索,然后逐渐分化成腺泡和导管。这种再生现象与大鼠颌下腺的组织发生过程基本相似。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the reactive changes in lagited root of the submandibular glands in rats,after operation,it was obv ious that the size of the glands reduced.Most of the epithelial comp onents of the glands underwent degeneration or disappeared,but part of the epithelial of acinus around the glands and the intercalated duct developed dediffrentiation and proliferation,these new cells formed ma- sses or cordes,then it gradually diffrentiated into acinus and ducts. This process was similar to histogenesis of these glands. |
