1999年我国主要气象灾害及异常气候事件

１９９９年，我国先后出现了干旱、暴雨洪涝、台风、风雹、沙尘暴、雪灾和冻害等多种气象灾害，特别是干旱持续时间长、范围广，旱情重。除上述气象灾害外，本年度还出现了冬暖，夏凉、春寒、倒春寒、夏季高温和秋老虎等异常气候事件，本文主要是几种主要气旬灾害和异常气候事件的发生特点和影响进行了分析和评述。

Major meteorological disasters and exceptional climate events in China in 1999

In 1999, meteorological disasters such as drought, flood, typhoon, dust storm, hail, tornado, heavy snow, frost an d freezing disasters occurred one after another in China. Especially, the droug ht lasted a long time, affected very large area and resulted in serious damage. Besides the meteorological disasters mentioned above, unusual climate events to ok place in 1999, for example, the warm winter, chilly summer, cold of the late spring, heat wave in summer and autumn tiger. The characteristics of major mete orological disasters and unusual climate events as well as their impacts in Chin a in 1999 are reviewed and analyzed.
