Determination of parameters for distribution of basic wind pressure on tall vessels |

| Abstract: | In order to do reliability designs of tall vessels, probability paper is automatically produced using Microsoft Excel for doing statistic analysis of maximum mean wind speed per year so that parameters can be determined for distribution of basic wind pressure on tall vessels. |
