陕西二元经济结构的转换状况分析

针对现存的二元经济结构问题,陕西现阶段的主要任务是一方面对传统农业部门进行现代化改造,同时加速传统农业部门剩余劳动力向非农业部门的转移。随着农业部门的发展以及农业剩余劳动力的全部转移,农业的边际劳动生产力也就与非农业的边际劳动生产力趋于相等,农业部门与非农业部门的发展水平、城乡居民的收入水平以及消费水平也就趋于均衡。本文采用了城乡居民收入差异系数、比较劳动生产率、结构偏离度和二元对比系数四个指标来对陕西二元经济结构的转换情况进行总体度量。
