基于退化数据的可靠性评估方法探讨

一般对退化数据的分析是基于建立退化轨道模型进行的,但这些方法对于退化轨道未知的产品的可靠性评估效果较差。提出了不假定退化轨道模型的评估方法,利用试验得到产品的退化信息,进而获得产品在各检测时刻的可靠度,并用具有保证参数的分布族对寿命变量分布进行假设,通过分布拟合获得参数的估计值进行可靠性评估。给出实例进行了不同方法的比较,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Research on methods about reliability assessment based on degradation data

The analysis of degradation data is performed by building a degradation path model,which often has bad evaluation results for products whose degradation paths are unknown.However,the method presented isn’t based on the model of the degradation path.First,the reliability of products at each inspection time point is got using degradation information got from testing,and then a hypothesis on the distribution of life variables is made by using distribution families with guarantee parameters,last,the values of unknown parameters are got through distribution fitting,and a reliability assessment is performed.Furthermore,an example to compare with different methods is given,which demonstrates the feasibility and validity of this method.
