基于GIS技术的光纤网络资源管理系统的研究与设计

文章从广西电子政务外网光纤网络资源的特点和资源管理中存在的问题出发,阐述利用GIS技术,建设图形化、可视化、智能化的光纤网络资源管理系统.系统基于电信网的概念模型,以电信网络管理为核心,通过工程管理、资产管理、空间及属性的动态管理,实现光纤网络资源全生命周期管理.此外,系统还提供多层面的网络性能分析与优化手段,便于光纤网络规划、设计和维护,提高光纤光路资源管理的效率.

Research and Design of Fiber Optic Network Resource Management System Based On GIS Technology

Based on the ?characteristics of optical fiber network resources and the problems existing in the resource management of guangxi e-government management center , this thesis illustrates the use of GIS technology to build graphics, visualization, intelligent optical network resource management system.System is based on a conceptual model of the telecommunications network, telecommunications network management as the core, through project management, dynamic management of asset management, space and property, to achieve fiber-optic network resource lifecycle management.It also provides multifaceted network performance analysis and optimization method, is advantageous for the fiber optic network planning, design and maintenance, improve the efficiency of fiber optical path resource management.
