砂锡尾矿开采利用的实践

为加强砂锡的尾矿综合利用,根据期六寨砂锡尾矿的开采技术条件,选用露天开采方法进行尾矿回采;对开采中暴露且容易坍塌难以形成台阶的坡面,采取开挖工作面晾晒一周交替回采;对采运设备陷入尾矿问题,采用垫块石或铺设聚乙烯板材措施。选用"旋流器分级预先抛尾、粗砂磁重选别、矿泥重选"流程进行尾矿选别。入选中因含泥高(占50%),颗粒太细(0.04mm),导致过早沉降难以形成适宜的矿浆浓度,而致沟、管堵塞问题,采取加兑20%~25%的砂锡原矿或脉锡氧化矿获得成功,最终产出合格产品—锡富中矿(锡品位4.85%~5.29%,回收率41.49%~42.19%)。
