摘    要:近钻头工程参数的随钻测量对安全、高效钻井具有重要意义。在分析近钻头处钻铤的受力与运动形式基础上,基于钻铤应力与应变的关系,建立了钻压、扭矩、弯矩等井下工程参数的测量模型与实验模型。通过传感器的优化布局,测量模型较好地解决了三个被测参数之间的耦合问题,实验模型给出了相对准确的测量结果和合理可行的井下工程参数测量解决方案。最后,分析讨论了测量装置的温度补偿、测量模型简化等问题,为近钻头工程参数随钻测量装置的研制奠定了基础。

Abstract:The measurement of engineering parameters near the bit while drilling is of significant importance for the safety and efficiency in a drilling process.These parameters include weight on bit(WOB),torque on bit(TOB),bending moment(BM) and so on.Based on the dynamical properties of drill collar and the relationship between the stress and strain of drill collar,a measurement model has been put forward,and an experimental model has been set up.By the optimization of sensor's layout,the correlations among WOB,TOB and BM were solved successfully through the measurement model.The experimental results is accurate and it shows that the proposed method is reasonable and applicable.At last,other related problems,such as temperature compensation,model simplification and so on,were discussed.All of these are essentially important for the development of measurement technology near the bit while drilling.
