摘 要: | 目的探讨利多卡因联合地塞米松对多巴胺外渗的治疗作用。方法将6只小白鼠的四肢备皮后制成24只多巴胺外渗的动物模型。10min后,随机分成A、B、C、D4组,6只,组,A、B、C3组分别给予3种不同药物的局部封闭治疗方法,A组:利多卡因联合地塞米松,B组:利多卡因,C组:生理盐水,D组:对照组,进行肉眼观察和病理学观察。结果A组水肿消退最快,明显快于C组,P〈0.05,且病理组织学光镜观察显示A组损伤程度明显低于B组、C组和D组。结论多巴胺药物外渗后一定要及时处理,而利多卡因联合地塞米松局部封闭治疗多巴胺外渗快速、简便并安全有效。

Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment of dopamine extravasation -induced injury by lidocaine combining dexamethasone. Methods Animal models of dopamine extravasation-induced injury were made using 24 limbs of 6 white mice.These models were divided into 4 groups and given different treatments.Group A was treated with lidocaine combining dexamethasone,group B with lidocaine,group C with normal saline and group D was set as control.The treatment effect was observed. Results The disappearance time of edema in group A was the shortest among the 4 groups and was significantly shorter than that of group C, P 〈 0.05.Moreover, the pathological changes degree of local tissues in group A were also obviously lower than those of group B,C and D. Conclusion Measures must be taken timely to cope with dopamine extravasation-induced injury.Treatment with lidocaine combining dexamethasone proved to be a prompt,simple and safe method. |
