语音控制电磁阀试验系统自动夹具的设计与实现

摘    要:文章介绍了一种可语音控制的用于电磁阀性能测试试验系统的自动夹紧机构(即夹具)的机械本体及控制方案的设计及实现方法。软件采用LabVIEW为平台,开发了中文语音识别程序,可将识别结果转换成控制命令,并通过OPC技术与PLC通讯,从而控制夹具的动作。论文所设计的夹具机械性能良好,功能完备,操作及维护方便;实验证明本文所实现的语音控制功能识别准确率高,控制的实时性好,大大提高了试验系统的智能化及自动化水平。

Abstract:This paper describes the mechanism and controlling method design and realization of an auto_fixture for the solenoid valves test system which can be controlled by people's speech.A Chinese speech recognition program is developed under LabVIEW which can converts the recognition results into control orders and communicates with PLC through OPC technology to control the fixtute.The fixture has a good mechanical performance,satisfied function and much convenience for performing and maintaining;It is also proved by testing that the speech_controlled function have a high recognition rate and a good real_time controlling feature which improves the automation and intelligence level of the test system rapidly.
