神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路治疗生长激素型垂体腺瘤

目的：探讨神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路手术治疗生长激素（growth hormone,GH）腺瘤的手术方法和疗效。方法：2007年6月—2010年6月在神经内镜经鼻蝶入路手术治疗GH腺瘤患者10例。结果：所有病例无术后病死。肿瘤全切除9例,次全切除1例;术后7例患者的GH水平〈2.5μg/L;所有病例术后临床症状明显改善。结论：内镜下经鼻蝶入路手术具有微创、视野清晰等优点,治疗GH腺瘤疗效良好。

Endoscopic Transnasal Transsphenoidal Approach for the Treatment of Growth Hormone-Producing Pituitary Adenomas

Objective：To discuss the methods and clinical outcomes of endoscopic transnasal transsphenoidal approach surgery for growth hormone-producing adenomas.Methods： From Jun 2007 to Jun 2010,a total of 10 patients with growth hormone-producing adenoma underwent pure endoscopic transnasal transsphenoidal surgery.Results： There was no perioperative mortality in this series.The tumor was totally removed in 9 cases,subtotally removed in 1 case.The growth hormone decreased to a level lower than 2.5μg/L in 7 patients.The clinical presentation of all the patients released apparently.Conclusions： Endoscopic transnasal transsphenoidal approach surgery has the advantages of affording more mini-invasive and panoramic view,which may achieve satisfactory clinical outcomes in growth hormone-producing adenomas.
