红曲研究现状及发展前景

摘    要:红曲含有多种生物活性物质,已成为世界性研究热题。该文对红曲、红曲霉、红曲中生物活性物质进行介绍,且指出限制红曲生产两个关键问题,并提出解决办法。

Abstract:Because of its bioactive substances, the red starter research becomes a worldwide hot topic, attracting the interest of many schloars in the world. However, some existed problems was in urgent need of solution in red starter field in China such as advanced production techniques and the ex- istance of citrinin. In this article red starter、monascus spp and bioactive substances of the red cojic are introducd, and the two critical points which restrict production of the red cojic are also showed. At the same time, methods to deal with the points are put forward.
