微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效观察

目的：比较传统开放治疗与微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2012年5月-2013年5月收治的40例胸腰椎骨折的患者采取微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗（微创治疗组）以及同期收治的40例患者采取开放治疗的患者（传统治疗组）作为研究对象，分析患者相关的影像学指标以及围术期指标的改变，比较2种方法治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效。结果：微创治疗组的患者在手术切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量以及住院天数均少于传统治疗组（P〈0．05）；而2种方法均可以改善患者手术前后矢状位后凸Cobb角、矢状位指数、上椎椎体前缘高度等影像学指标，但是2种治疗方法没有统计学差异。结论：采用微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折，创伤小、出血少、患者恢复快，值得临床推广应用。

Effects of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Pedicle Screws Osteosynthesis on Thorace-lumbar Vertebra Fracture

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screws osteosynthesis on thorace -lumbar vertebra fracture .Methods：Eighty patients with thorace -lumbar vertebra fracture were treated with different methods .Forty patients were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation , and the other forty patients were treated with the traditional open pedicle screw fixation .We analyzed related imaging indexes and the perioperative changes , compared the treatment effect of thorace-lumbar vertebra fracture .Results：Minimally invasive treatment group patients in the operation incision length , operation time , intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative drainage volume and hospital stay were less than the traditional treatment group （P〈0.05）;both of the two methods could improve Cobb angle , sagittal index, anterior height of the fracture vertebral body .But, these two methods has no significant difference .Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screws osteosynthesis on thorace -lumbar vertebra fracture is obvious , less trauma and less bleeding .It is beneficial for patients＇recovery and worthy of clinical application .
