三光气法合成磺酰脲类除草剂的研究

摘    要:利用三光气代替光气合成磺酰脲类除草剂的新方法,用该方法成功地合成了噻磺隆和苯磺隆,其中噻磺隆收率83.3%,苯磺隆为85.4%,均以对应的磺酰胺计。噻磺隆和苯磺隆的合成稳定性结果表明.效果明显优于光气法。

Abstract:Herbicides sulfonylurea such as thifensulfuronmethyl and tribe-nuronmethyl were synthesized by bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate (BTC) as a phosgene substitute. Under the optimum reaction conditions, the thifensulfuronmethyl with 96.3% purity in overall yield 83.3% and the tribenuronmethyl with 97.2% purity in overall yield 85.4% based on corresponding sulfamides were obtained.
