血栓通注射液治疗脑梗死急性期疗效观察

目的观察血栓通注射液治疗脑梗死急性期的临床疗效,探讨其临床应用价值。方法将该院2010年6月—2011年5月收治的82例急性期脑梗死患者随机分为对照组与观察组,分别采取丹参注射液与血栓通注射液治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床有效率为90.24%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分均明显减少,且观察组减少更为显著,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血栓通注射液治疗急性期脑梗死临床效果显著,可有效改善患者神经功能缺损,不良反应少,值得临床推广和应用。

The Xueshuantong Injection in the Treatment of acute Cerebral Infarction Efficacy

Conclusion Xueshuantong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction significant clinical effect, can effectively improve neurologic impairment, adverse reac- tions, worthy of promotion and application.
