丹参在心脏保存中应用的研究进展

在心脏保存中,丹参具有清除氧自由基、降低钙超载,减轻缺血/再灌注损伤;保护线粒体,改善能量代谢;扩张冠状动脉、抗凝,减少再灌注心律失常;保护内皮细胞;抑制细胞凋亡;抗菌消炎等作用,在心脏保存中具有良好的应用前景。本文对丹参在心脏保存中的作用机制,应用研究进展进行概述。

Research Progress on Application of Salvia Miltiorrhiza in Heart Preservation

In the preservation of heart, salvia mihiorrhiza has many effects,which includes removal of oxygen free radicals, reduction of calcium overload to ease ischemia-reperfusion injury, protection of mitochondria and improvement of energy metabolism, anticoagulant and dilatation of coronary artery, decrease the reperfusion arrhythmia, protection of endothelial cells, inhibition apoptosis, antisepsis and anti-inflammation and so on. It has a good application prospect in heart preservation. This article reviewed the action mechanism and application research progress in heart preservation.
