| 摘 要： | 分析了西凤浓香酒中己酸乙酯含量低的原因,提出了提高西凤浓香酒中己酸乙酯含量的具体措施,使己酸乙酯含量由原来的平均值240mg/100mL提高到360mg/100mL,达到了提高己酸乙酯含量的目的。

| Abstract: | the causes of low content of ethyl caproate in Luzhou flavor Xifeng liquor were analyzed.The specific measures to increase the content of ethyl caproate were proposed.The average level of ethyl caproate was raised from 240mg/100mL to 360mg/100mL,which achieved the purpose of enhancing the content of ethyl caproate. |
