| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声检查在诊断梨状肌综合征的诊断价值。方法:对26例临床确诊为梨状肌综合征的患者,应用B超对梨状肌和梨状肌下孔厚度进行检测,并与30例正常人B超结果进行相关性的对比研究。结果:梨状肌综合征患者组梨状肌厚度均大于正常对照组,患者组梨状肌下孔厚度较正常对照组明显缩小,二者差异显著,有统计学意义。结论:超声检查具有简单、可靠、无创优点,对梨状肌综合征的诊断、明确病因及治疗方式的选择均有重要意义。
